Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programme (MBSR)

Course type: 
The Mindfulness-Based Stress-Reduction (MBSR) programme was developed by Dr. JonKabat-Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center for people with a wide range of physical and mental problems. Since then it  as been widely studied, expanding along with positive effects to other institutions besides hospitals, such as businesses, universities, schools, prisons and government organisations.
Dates and times: 
Orientation sessions: 11th April at 7:00 pm. and 26th April at 5:00 pm. Course: on Fridays, from 3rd May to 21st June, from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
All-day practice: Saturday, June 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Registration: 

The registration process for the course will be explained in the orientation session. 

Course fee: 360 euros.

Professors: 

I am a Mindfulness teacher certified by the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at Bangor University (United Kingdom). I have also attended retreats and courses taught by the Centre for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts (United States) and by the Plum Village Practice Centre.
