Continuity sessions

We offer a space for personal enrichment and reflection, where you can practice mindfulness in group sessions so as to consolidate the practice and share experiences and difficulties.

During these sessions we will go deeper into basic practices, as well as incorporating new ones and exploring concepts related to mindfulness.

These sessions are designed for:

  • People who have previously attended an 8-week mindfulness-based programme and want to develop their practice and integrate it into their daily lives.
  • People who have previous knowledge in the field of meditation and want to enrich themselves with the practice of mindfulness in group sessions.
